the enhancer is fine, the standard sys prompt is just not very good... ernie has issues with genitals as those were most likely not part of the training data, wait for lora or finetunes to fix that...

Try translating your prompt to Chinese, most of the NSFW stuff i have had out of it is unintentional but i tried using ่ถ ๅคง่ธ to get a bigger bust size in a character creator and it works better than anything I could find in English. also had the unintentional side effect of making them topless half the time, but sounds like that is more of a bonus for you.
