Update library name

My previous PR erroneously added "Transformers" as library name, but this checkpoint isn't compatible with that.
Instead we can add a dedicated "open-sora" tag and then I'll open a corresponding PR on huggingface.js to enable download metrics for you.

Hi @zangwei thanks for merging! I've opened a PR here: https://github.com/huggingface/huggingface.js/pull/1288.
This will ensure download metrics for Open-Sora v2 on the hub :) + we can add a custom code snippet.
