Unable to attempt part 1 quiz

I am trying to attempt the quiz however, I am unable to do so. Despite being logged in, it asks to login again and when trying to login, it says Connections errored out.
Please suggest.
why won't logout start again . I too got while doing the test it make stuck for few minute but it will be normal.
Try, eliminating the cookies guys, or it will fixed alone.
I am also getting the same issue, after signing in i am getting below message
